Orders & shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. We offer standard & express shipping with all orders being sent with Australia Post.

What is your return policy?

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  4. Exclusions: Refunds are not available for sale items, gift cards, or items marked as “final sale.”

Returns for Store Credit

If you miss the 7-day refund window, you can return items for store credit under these conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Returns for store credit must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Click & Collect

We offer in store pick up. Simply select the in store pick up option upon checkout & we will have your items ready as soon as possible.

Once items are ready for pick up, you will receive a notification to let you know.

We aim to have your items ready as soon as possible, though for busy periods please allow up to 24 hours.
